Extended Session Volunteer Substitutes

Session Volunteers, if you are unable to serve during your assigned time,
you are responsible for finding your substitute. Begin by looking at the
schedule to find someone serving in your same position on another day that
you may possibly trade with, and contact that person to make arrangements.
(Phone numbers of scheduled volunteers and substitutes are available
thru the church directory and church office.) If you are unable to
find someone to trade with on the schedule, as a last resort you may call
one of the emergency subs listed below. Once you have made arrangements to trade with another worker, or have located a substitute, call both Diane Beckner (Extended Session Coordinator) and Aleta Janzen in the church office 331-3469 to let them know of the change. Thank you for serving the Lord by caring for the children in Extended Session!
