What is the G.A.P. Ministry?
We are very excited to introduce to you a new ministry that is forming in our church fellowship. This ministry is called G.A.P. It stands for God’s Active People. It was developed out of a need recognized by many young to middle aged adults. The ministry doesn’t have age parameters but instead was designed to encompass all the people who fall between the youth/college and career, and the older adults.
Our Goals: —to develop effective ways to support and minister to each other —to serve the church and community as a group —to hold each other accountable for our own spiritual growth —and to reach out to the lost in our community effectively
This ministry is more than a Sunday School class. It includes people who attend a multitude of Sunday School classes and support groups, people who are serving as teachers, and people who are currently not connected to any small group but are only attending worship. We hope that by working together we will contribute to the ongoing work God has planned for our church family. So if you feel like this may be a place you can plug into our church family we hope that you take advantage of this opportunity. Any and all events sponsored by G.A.P. are open to all. We would love to have you join us on this journey.
