PRAYER
REQUESTS
| You
can request prayer for a specific person or need, by one of the
following methods: |

- Submit a written request by
completing a WELCOME form (stored in the pew backs) and
submitting it in the offering plate or to the church
office.
- Call the Prayer Room (816)
322-PRAY.
- Call the church office (816)
331-3469.
Please note: Prayer requests
are kept confidential in the Prayer Room, unless the person
requesting prayer asks that the request be included in the
printed Wednesday night prayer list and Sunday bulletin.

The
Prayer Room is staffed by volunteers who are committed to praying
for the needs of others. Prayer Requests may be submitted in
writing using a Welcome form found in the pew backs, or
by calling 816-322-PRAY (816-322-7729) and leaving your request
on the answering machine which is checked routinely by our
prayer intercessors.
Please be sure to leave as much information
as you feel comfortable in sharing, such as:
1) Your name & contact information.
2) The name & need of
the person to be prayed for, as well as their relationship to
you.
3) If the person being prayed for is open to receiving notes of
encouragement, please be sure to include the mailing address.
4) A concluding date or specified number of weeks during which
you would like the request prayed for.
Please call back with updates and answers to prayers, and to
notify when prayer is no longer needed for a specific request.
Prayer requests submitted to the Prayer Room are kept
confidential. If you desire to have your prayer request shared
publicly in written format during worship services, contact the
church office 331-3469 or indicate this desire on the Welcome
form.
