Announcement Form (Due
by Mondays at 10:00 a.m.)
Share your information about an upcoming event with the church
office so they can assist you by publicizing the event in a
variety of ways such as the Sunday morning bulletin, PowerPoint
announcement slides displayed in the sanctuary and Welcome Center,
activity posters and displays throughout the church, as well as
community newspapers, posters and radio promotions when
appropriate.

Event Planning Request Form (For
Church Members)
Assure
the room you desire at church for your
group activity, event, or meeting will be available when you need it. Complete
an Event Planning Request Form and submit it to the church office for official approval and
placement on the church calendar. We recommend you submit your
form as far in advance as possible to have the greatest likelihood
of securing your desired date and location. |
