The sleep of the worker is sweet, whether he eats little or much; but the abundance of the rich permits him no sleep.

 

CONFLICT

James 4:1

What is the source of the wars and the fights among you? Don’t they come from the cravings that are at war within you?

 

DISSATISFACTION

Ecclesiastes 5:10; Philippians 4:12

The one who loves money is never satisfied with money, and whoever loves wealth is never satisfied   with income. This too is futile.

 

II. HOW TO LEARN CONTENTMENT

 

1. RESIST COMPARING MYSELF TO OTHERS

2. REJOICE IN WHAT I DO HAVE.

3. GIVE WHAT I HAVE TO HELP OTHERS.

4. CONCENTRATE ON WHAT'S GOING TO LAST.
