J.C. BECKNER
accepted
the call to serve as Senior Pastor on December 16, 2007. He began
serving at First Baptist Raymore in August 2002 as Associate
Pastor. J.C.'s experience prior to coming to Raymore includes
eighteen years serving with youth, education and music ministries
in churches, and an additional nine years with the Missouri
Baptist Convention. He holds degrees from Southwest Baptist
University, Bolivar, Missouri; and Southwestern Seminary, Fort
Worth, Texas. J.C. and his wife, Diane, have four daughters,
Jamie, Neecia, Kristy and Leanne, and six grandchildren.

GRANT
SCHMIDT
joined the staff in June 1997
as Minister of Music and Administration. Previously, Grant served as First Baptist, Monett, Missouri for 16 1/2 years.
He holds music degrees from William Jewell College, Liberty, Missouri; and Southwestern Seminary, Ft. Worth, Texas. He and his wife, Bonnie, have two daughters, Jessica and Megan.

NATHAN
SMITH
has been serving as Youth Minister at First Baptist Raymore, since July
2003. Nathan previously served as a part-time Youth Minister at
Belvidere Heights Baptist Church, Grandview, Missouri. He is currently
pursuing an educational program at Midwestern Theological Seminary. Nathan
and his wife, Jenni, have one daughter, Ashlyn, and a son, Aaron.
